## Role Overview

We are seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment, employee review, and talent development for Raghav Polymers Group. 

## Key Responsibilities

* Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates, senior management for technical, operational, and corporate roles using application tracking systems

* Run LinkedIn campaigns, university outreach, and industry networking for hiring talent

* Manage statutory requirements such as PF, ESI and others

* Conduct periodic performance reviews of employees

* Manage payroll using Keka HR

* Coordinate orientation programs to accelerate new‑hire productivity

* Track recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, source‑of‑hire, and turnover, attrition rate providing insights for continuous improvement

## Skills & Requirements

* **Mandatory:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline

* **Mandatory:** 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

* **Mandatory:** Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, iCIMS) and MS Office/Google Suite

* **Mandatory** : English, Hindi and Telugu

* **Mandatory:** Strong communication and negotiation abilities

* **Mandatory:** Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making

* **Mandatory:** Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

* **Preferred:** Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR)

* **Preferred:** Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors

* **Preferred:** Knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)

* **Preferred:** Multilingual capabilities (regional languages)

* **Preferred:** Experience with campus recruitment and university partnerships
