Telecaller

Role overview

We’re looking for a friendly, confident telecaller to speak with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, share relevant information about our offerings, and help arrange the next steps with the appropriate team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to incoming enquiries.
• Introduce the relevant company and explain its products or services clearly.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and identify suitable leads.
• Follow up with interested customers by phone, email, or messaging.
• Maintain accurate call notes, contact details, and follow-up records in the CRM or company tracker.
• Meet agreed call, follow-up, and lead-conversion targets.
• Handle customer questions professionally and route complex queries to the relevant team.
• Follow approved calling scripts, company policies, and applicable privacy requirements.

Requirements:

• Good spoken communication skills and a clear, courteous phone manner.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and making follow-up calls.
• Basic computer skills, Laptop Mandatory, and the ability to update records accurately.
• Reliable, organised, and able to manage time and follow-ups.
• Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
