Job Description
We are hiring a **Part-Time Telecaller / Customer Follow-up Executive** for **GO CERRAMIC – The Detailing Hub, Chandanagar, Hyderabad**.
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Call new customer leads and understand their requirements
* Regularly follow up with existing and interested leads
* Explain our services such as PPF, Ceramic Coating, Graphene Coating, Sunfilm and Car Detailing
* Convert interested leads into studio visits and bookings
* Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp
* Maintain daily lead and follow-up status
* Coordinate confirmed bookings with our studio team
**Working Hours:** 4–5 hours per day
**Job Type:** Part-Time
**Salary:** ₹8,000 fixed + Attendance Bonus + Performance Incentives
**Earning Potential:** Up to ₹15,000+ per month based on performance
**Requirements:**
* Good communication skills in Telugu
* Basic Hindi/English is an advantage
* Good convincing and customer-handling skills
* Smartphone with WhatsApp
* Telecalling/Sales experience preferred
* Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
**Location:** Chandanagar, Hyderabad
