Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to manage customer coordination and support the Business Loan Disbursement process. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers, coordinating documentation, aligning meetings, and ensuring a smooth and timely loan disbursement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with customers regarding their business loan applications and disbursement process.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents, information, and required formalities.
• Explain the loan disbursement process and next steps to customers.
• Align and schedule meetings between customers and the relevant internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of documentation and other requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and loan application status.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the disbursement journey.
• Work towards achieving assigned disbursement and operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Telecalling, Loan Processing, Customer Support, or Financial Services.
• Experience in Business Loans, Loan Processing, or Disbursement will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer coordination skills.
• Ability to schedule and align meetings effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
