Job Description
📞 Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
🏠 Explain real estate projects, open plots, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
🎯 Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into site visits.
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
📅 Schedule and coordinate customer site visits with the sales team.
💬 Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
🔄 Regularly follow up with interested and existing leads.
📊 Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
💰 Achieve monthly sales, call, lead-conversion, and site-visit targets.
📝 Handle customer queries and provide accurate project-related information.
