Job Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in two-wheeler models and offers.
Handle inbound enquiry calls and provide accurate information on models, pricing, and schemes.
Explain ongoing promotions, discounts, and financing options to potential customers.
Schedule and confirm showroom visits or test rides for interested leads.
Follow up with existing leads and past customers to encourage conversions and repeat business.
Maintain and update customer database/CRM with call details, feedback, and lead status.
Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified/hot leads for closure.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
Address customer queries and complaints politely, escalating when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and a positive tone to build trust and enhance brand image during calls.
