Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our Accounts Department. The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and practical experience in wings, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Wings.
• Handle purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation.
• Assist in GST-related work, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GST reconciliation.
• Assist in TDS calculations, payments, and return-related work.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Prepare accounting reports and Excel summaries.
• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Assist the senior accountant and auditors during audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily accounting work.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Wings.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
