Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate sales/purchase bills using Tally
  • Maintain and update accounting books and records
  • Ensure accounts are accurate, complete, and up to date
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding invoices
  • Perform bank reconciliation and regularly verify bank transactions
  • Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Tally
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience in billing, bookkeeping, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliation
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage accounts independently and meet deadlines
