Hiring: caller Team Leader – Collections / caller Assistant Manager Department: Collections
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹34,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader / Caller Assistant Manager to manage our collections calling team, drive collection performance, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the collections calling team.
- Handle customer calls, escalations, and payment follow-ups.
- Allocate data and manage dialer operations.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and daily performance reports.
- Manage paid files and monitor collection targets.
- Track team productivity, performance, and attendance.
- Use advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Required SkillsAdvanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of dialer operations and data allocation.
- Experience in paid file management and team handling.
- Strong communication, leadership, and call-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve collection targets and manage team performance.
