Asst.Manager /Dy.Manager -Talent Acquisition (Recruiter)

We’re seeking a talent acquisition - Asst.Manager/Dy.Manager to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent acquisition , proficiency with MS office ( minimum of V-LOOK UP , PIVOT tables) and an ability to source bulk hiring.

Working days :6 days week (Sunday holiday)

Timings:8 hours

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, such as Naukri, Apna ,LinkedIn and other professional networks
• Create a job emailers and interview cordination
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs and references
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
• Travel to different locations across the Hyderabad city

Required skills and qualifications

• 6 Months to 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred skills and qualifications

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
