Job Description
- Identify and target potential B2B customers in the industrial, construction, and electrical contracting sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including purchase heads, project managers, electrical contractors, and consultants.
- Generate new business leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and field visits.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in accordance with company pricing policies and profitability targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions related to electrical products, wires, and cables.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery and smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products, wires, cables, and their applications.
