Job Description
iklo nexus Hyderabad is inviting applications from experienced/ fresher women professionals for the position of Centre Head. We are looking for a passionate and capable leader to manage and grow our daycare centre in Nexus Hyderabad mall, Kukatpally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool
Lead, guide, and motivate non-teaching staff
Ensure effective delivery and quality standards
Handle check In and check out, parent interactions, and relationship management
Drive enrollment through outreach activities
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements
Oversee tasks, reports, and budgeting.
SHIFT TIMINGS ( any one) no offs in weekend, 1 week off in week day
10Am to 7pm
3pm to 10pm
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / with computer knowledge
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool leadership role
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage teams and engage with parents confidently
Passion for early childhood education and school growth
Salary: As per industry standards (commensurate with experience)
