Client Relations Team Leader

As a Client Relations Team Leader, you will play an important role in maintaining strong client relationships while helping to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate a team focused on client relationships and customer engagement
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and customers
• Act as a key point of contact for client queries, feedback, and ongoing requirements
• Support the team in achieving client service and business development objectives
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
• Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and management teams
• Assist with meetings, presentations, events, and client communications
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activity
• Support the implementation of new client engagement strategies
