Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for managing and leading the Finance & Accounts Department of the Organisation. The candidate must possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and ensure smooth functioning of all finance-related activities.

The candidate should have sound knowledge and experience in accounting, taxation, financial planning and budgeting, cash flow and working capital management, financial reporting, internal controls, and statutory compliances. The role requires the ability to provide financial insights and support management in effective decision-making, business planning and administration.
