Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Associate to support our Client Relationship Manager in handling existing clients. The role involves regular follow-ups, coordinating with clients for shoots, and ensuring strong relationship management.
*Key Responsibilities:
*Follow up with existing clients via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Coordinate with clients to schedule shoots and appointments
- Maintain and update client databases and follow-up records
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Assist in re-engaging inactive or old clients
- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams
- Ensure timely responses and smooth client experience
Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Basic knowledge of CRM / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Prior experience in client servicing, sales support, or coordination is a plus
- Good organizational and time management skills
