Job Description
The Sales & Operations Officer will be the central point of coordination between Just Groom customers, the sales pipeline, groomer teams and daily mobile grooming operations.
The role involves handling customer enquiries, converting leads into bookings, coordinating appointments with groomers, planning the daily route, managing customer communication, following up on payments and invoices, and collecting post-service feedback.
The ideal candidate should be highly organised, confident on calls and WhatsApp, customer-friendly, proactive with follow-ups and capable of managing multiple moving parts during a busy day.
