• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries and concerns through inbound/outbound calls and blended channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous communication style.
• Follow company processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned productivity and quality targets.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a voice-based customer support environment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
