Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the company's products/services, generate new customers, develop market presence, and achieve sales targets. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits and have excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retailers, distributors, dealers, and potential customers regularly.

Promote and sell company products/services in the assigned territory.

Generate new leads and convert them into customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify new markets and business opportunities.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up with customers and ensure timely order collection.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Collect customer feedback and share market information with management.

Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Prepare daily field visit and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or FMCG sales.

Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in FMCG, consumer products, retail, distribution, or B2B sales.

Existing retailer/dealer/distributor network is an advantage.

Good knowledge of the local market.

Strong lead generation and customer-conversion skills.
