Field Sales Executive

Job Summary Work Mode Field-Based Hala Mobility is looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiters to source, onboard, and activate riders on its platform. The role involves local market visits, referrals, recruitment drives, rider registration support, and coordination with internal teams to help riders get started. Key Responsibilities • Source and recruit riders through referrals, local visits, job drives, and community outreach. • Identify and attract delivery riders, bike riders, and two-wheeler riders. • Explain the onboarding process, earning opportunities, and relevant company policies to prospective riders. • Assist riders with registration, document collection, and platform activation. • Support riders with wallet setup, payout queries, and payment-related concerns. • Follow up to ensure onboarded riders become active and start working on the platform. • Coordinate with Operations and Service teams to resolve vehicle-related issues. • Maintain daily recruitment updates and work toward rider onboarding and activation targets. Candidate Requirements • Experience in field recruitment, rider onboarding, delivery partner acquisition, or field sales is preferred. • Experience sourcing delivery partners for platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar businesses is an advantage. • Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply. • Comfortable with local travel, market visits, and field-based recruitment activities. • Good communication, convincing, coordination, and follow-up skills. • Target-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple onboarding activities
