Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle fresh leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, and other advertising channels.
  • Call and follow up with interested customers regularly.
  • Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly.
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits with the sales team.
  • Maintain professional WhatsApp communication with clients by sharing brochures, project details, and follow-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with HNIs, NRIs, and High-Net-Worth Individuals.
  • Update CRM properly after every interaction and maintain customer records.
  • Ensure high-quality walk-ins and customer experience.
  • Daily KPIsMinimum 150 calls per day.
  • Maintain lead Turn Around Time (TAT) below 5 minutes.
  • Generate 25+ in-person site visits every month.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and lead engagement quality.
  • RequirementsMinimum =>2 years of experience in Luxury Residential Real Estate Pre-Sales.
  • Experience in telecalling for luxury or ultra-luxury residential projects is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.
  • Hindi communication should be moderate.
  • Confident, professional, and smart in handling premium clients.
  • Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hyderabad luxury real estate market is preferred.
