Field Sales Executive

Position: Sales Manager – Industrial Machinery

*Salary:* ₹60,000 – ₹75,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented *Sales Manager* to lead the sales of our industrial machinery and drive business growth in the Hyderabad and surrounding markets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in *B2B industrial sales*, customer acquisition, dealer/channel management, and handling the complete sales cycle for machinery or industrial products.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the assigned territory.

* Identify and approach potential *industrial, manufacturing, and corporate clients*.

* Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation, order closure, and follow-up.

* Conduct product presentations and machinery demonstrations for prospective customers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely order closures.

* Coordinate with production, technical, service, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

* Develop and manage dealer/distributor/channel networks wherever required.

* Maintain regular sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and customer records.

* Ensure achievement of sales revenue, volume, and collection targets.

Candidate Profile

* *7+ years of experience* in B2B sales, preferably in *industrial machinery / manufacturing equipment / capital goods*.

* Strong experience in selling machinery or technical products to manufacturing and industrial customers.

* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

* Strong understanding of the Hyderabad industrial market will be an advantage.

* Ability to independently handle territory development and customer acquisition.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
