 Key Responsibilities1.    Generate leads, conduct project presentations and site visits, and convert enquiries into bookings.

2.    Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively explaining project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

3.    Build strong customer relationships through timely follow-ups and exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

4.    Maintain accurate Sales records, participate in marketing events, and contribute to business growth.

 Desired Candidate Profile·       2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales (high-rise projects preferred).

·       Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

·       Customer-focused, target-driven, and self-motivated.

·       Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications.
