Healthcare AR Caller (US Healthcare)

AR Caller – RCM | Hyderabad | WFO

We are hiring AR Callers with 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable experience in US Healthcare RCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on submitted claims and unpaid accounts

• Handle insurance calls and claim status follow-ups

• Analyze and resolve claim denials and discrepancies

• Review EOBs, ERAs and patient account notes

• Identify underpaid, unpaid and unbilled claims

• Follow up on outstanding AR within defined timelines

• Identify recurring issues affecting patient accounts

• Ensure required corrections and documentation are completed

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of Accounts Receivable / US Healthcare RCM experience

• 70–80% calling experience is required

• Strong knowledge of Denial Management concepts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with AdvancedMD software is preferred

• Lab/Healthcare billing experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Willingness to work night shifts is mandatory

• Immediate joiners or candidates who can serve notice are welcome
