• Talent Acquisition Manager – 1 Position
• HR Executive – 3 Positions(Begumpet, Hastinapuram, Nizamabad)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and experienced HR professionals to join our HR team. The selected candidates will be responsible for HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and supporting the overall HR function across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
• Manage onboarding and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with HODs and management for manpower requirements.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and recruitment trackers.
• Handle attendance, leave and employee queries.
• Support payroll inputs and employee data management.
• Manage employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Eligibility & Skills:

• MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
• HR Executive: 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• HR Manager: 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Talent Acquisition Manager: 5+ years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare/Hospital HR experience will be an added advantage.
