Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate interviews with technical managers and department heads.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and biometric systems.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, salary statements, and payslips.
- Maintain employee personal files, appointment letters, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Track probation periods, employee performance, and training requirements.
- Assist with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS coordination, and other statutory compliance through the relevant consultants.
- Manage office administration, employee records, and HR reports.
- Support employee engagement and workplace discipline.
