WE ARE HIRING – OPT RECRUITER
📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
🏢 Work Mode: 100% Onsite – No Remote/WFH
🌙 Shift: Night Shift
💼 Experience: 1–2 Years
🤝 Interview: Face-to-Face Mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit OPT candidates for our company's internal bench.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and availability.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in OPT recruitment.
- Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
