Job Description
Job Opening – NON IT Recruiter only for Females (Work from Office)
Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad
Shift: Day Shift, Full Time
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)
🔹 Eligibility / Who can apply?
- Freshers and Experienced candidates (0–1 years)
- Pursuing Degree or MBA (HR) students can also apply for Internship
- Must speak Fluent Hindi, English, Telugu (Tamil fluency is an added advantage)
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to jobseekers and explain available opportunities
- Understand candidate profile (skills, interests, experience) and guide them accordingly
- Maintain call records, data entry, and typing work
- Convince candidates for suitable openings and build rapport
- Support recruitment team in achieving monthly targets
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring process
🔹 Skills Required
- Good convincing power and communication skills
- Typing skills (basic computer knowledge)
- Ability to maintain records and follow‑ups
- Confidence in handling jobseekers
