Marketing Executive

• MARKETING EXECUTIVEQualificationsBBA / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 75% in Graduation / Post-Graduation.
• Freshers only.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients, projects, companies, and business opportunities relevant to the Company’s services.
• Research upcoming projects, market trends, industries, and potential business opportunities.
• Assist in contacting potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
• Generate and develop leads using platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead status.
• Utilize CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM to manage leads, client information, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with senior team members for client meetings, presentations, proposals, and business development activities.
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Support digital marketing and social media activities, including LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and track business development activities.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the Company’s services, projects, industry, competitors, and target customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and smooth execution of business development activities.
• Participate in client visits, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development initiatives as required.
• Preferred SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM and lead-generation tools.
• Strong research and lead-generation abilities.
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and senior professionals.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
