Job Description
Personal Secretary Required
We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and well-mannered Personal Secretary to assist and accompany Madam in her day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
- Take care of Madam’s daily requirements and assist her whenever needed.
- Must be willing to handle personal and official work as required.
- Must know driving and be comfortable driving when required.
- Should be willing to travel with Madam for work and other requirements.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities with trust and professionalism.
- Should be flexible with working hours when required.
- Good communication skills, punctuality, and a responsible attitude are essential.
Requirements:
- Valid driving licence and good driving skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Comfortable assisting with both personal and official responsibilities.
- Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Personal Assistant, Driver, or similar role will be an advantage.
