Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and messages.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Greet guests upon arrival, handle check-in/check-out processes, and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with sales coordination by providing product information and making recommendations to customers.
Perform billing tasks accurately and efficiently using computer software.
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in clients.
Provide information about treatments, packages, and products.
Upsell treatments or recommend add-ons during client interactions.
Handle payments, billing, and client follow-ups.
