Job Description
- Sales Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact customers and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Negotiate prices and close sales.
- Maintain good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
- Visit customers and attend meetings when required
