Income StructureThis is a performance-based earning opportunity.

There is no fixed salary.

Your earnings will depend on the sales you close.

Earn 10% commission on eligible sales closed by you.

Serious performers can build strong monthly earnings based on their closing ability and consistency.

There is no fixed upper earning limit.

What You Will DoYou will work from our Tolichowki office and handle genuine customer enquiries generated through our advertisements.

This is not random cold calling.

Your responsibilities:

• Call interested customer leads
• Understand their interior design requirement
• Explain our services and packages
• Share quotation and details on WhatsApp
• Follow up regularly
• Handle customer objections
• Convert interested leads into confirmed bookings
• Follow up for payment
• Maintain proper lead status
• Work towards daily and monthly sales targets

Who Should ApplyWe are looking for people who:

• Are confident on phone calls
• Can convince and close customers
• Have good Hindi / Urdu communication
• Have basic English communication
• Can use WhatsApp and basic computer tools
• Are comfortable with performance-based earnings
• Can work consistently from office
• Want to earn more through better performance

Sales experience is preferred.
