• Roles and ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other sources.
• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain products, services, pricing, and available offers to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Prepare daily sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
