About the Role
We are looking for a confident and responsible Sales Executive to handle customer communication, sales, WhatsApp enquiries, and online orders.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate sales.
Manage WhatsApp enquiries & customer follow-ups.
Resolve customer queries and provide support.
Check website orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Keep customers updated on their orders.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending enquiries.
Requirements
Good communication & convincing skills.
Comfortable with calls and WhatsApp.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales/customer service experience preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
