Sales Executive

What you will do:

Leads

• Handle inbound leads from IndiaMart, JustDial, Google, Meta and our website. Call every lead quickly.
• Generate your own leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, contractors, builders, architects and referrals
• Qualify leads on budget, timeline, location and decision-maker

Selling & Closing

• Understand the client’s need and recommend the right modular solution
• Explain why modular beats conventional construction: speed, cost and quality
• Prepare quotations (we will train you), negotiate and close orders

Collections

• Collect every payment: advance, dispatch, installation and final handover

CRM & Reporting

• Update every lead and follow-up in Zoho CRM
• Send daily and weekly reports to the MDs

Who we’re looking for:

• 4–8 years of sales experience, ideally handling the full cycle from lead to closing to collection
• Background in prefab, PEB, real estate, interiors, building materials or any B2B sales
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English, and confident on calls with business owners and senior clients
• Comfortable with a CRM, Excel and WhatsApp follow-ups
• A Civil, Architecture or MBA degree is a bonus, not mandatory
• Stable career: at least 18 months in one company. Frequent job changes will not be considered.

• ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 in hand, based on experience
