Job Description

Looking for a experienced person who can Installation & perform Commissioning .

  • Install, configure, and commission POS systems, barcode scanners, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Conduct site testing and ensure proper system functioning.
  • Install and commission EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) antennas systems.


Service & Maintenance Attend customer complaints and service calls promptly.

  • Diagnose and rectify EAS antenna, POS hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks.
  • Replace faulty components and coordinate for spare parts when required.

Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot EAS antenna alarms, detection issues, false alarms, and system connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot POS issues related to scanners, billing machines, receipt printers, cash drawers, and network connectivity.
  • Identify recurring problems and recommend corrective solutions.
