Job DescriptionWe are hiring an experienced Senior Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations, supervise kitchen staff and maintain food quality and hygiene standards at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad.

• Mandatory Requirements8+ years of total kitchen experience.
• Minimum 1 year as a Sous Chef.
• Telugu communication is mandatory.
• Strong North Indian, South Indian and Tandoor cuisine skills.
• Experience handling kitchen teams and high-volume food operations.
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory, wastage control, SOPs and hygiene.

Preferred Industry ExperienceRestaurants, hotels, fine dining, premium casual dining, breweries, resorts and cloud kitchens.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Supervise chefs, commis and kitchen helpers.
• Maintain food quality, taste, portion control and presentation.
• Monitor food cost, inventory, wastage and stock rotation.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate with the service team for timely order execution.
• Support menu execution and kitchen staff training.
