Store Assistant

What You'll Do

• Go to local markets and vendors to purchase materials as required for production
• Collect material quotes and get approvals from the manager before purchasing
• Ensure timely delivery of purchased items to the factory
• Act as a production coordinator — follow up with the production team on daily work progress, flag delays, and relay updates to managers
• Coordinate with production and site managers daily to understand material requirements
• Track which materials are needed for upcoming production jobs and plan purchases in advance
• Receive incoming materials, check quantities, and update stock records
• Maintain petty cash records for purchases made and submit bills on time
• Keep the store area clean and materials properly organised

Who We're Looking For

• Knows Hyderabad local market areas well
• Can travel locally on a two-wheeler
• Good communicator — able to coordinate between production team and management
• Basic reading and writing in Telugu or Hindi
• Honest, punctual, and responsible with cash and materials
• Prior experience in store, purchase, or site/production work is a plus — freshers welcome
