Job Description
1. Attend to walk-in customers professionally and provide a positive showroom experience.
2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Ice Make products based on their needs.
3. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranty, and benefits clearly to customers.
4. Demonstrate products effectively and handle customer queries and objections with confidence.
5. Convert enquiries into sales and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness, and attractive product presentation.
7. Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages to increase conversions.
8. Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery of products.
