Post-Probation Salary: ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Talent Acquisition & Hiring Partner who can build teams across multiple business functions — from Digital Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, Content & Creative to Operations, Technology and other startup roles.

This is NOT a typical HR role. We are looking for someone who can hunt, understand people, assess talent, communicate brilliantly and close candidates. You should be comfortable picking up a completely new role, understanding what makes someone successful in it, finding the right people and convincing them to join.

If you enjoy people, startups, sales, networking and solving hiring problems, you'll fit extremely well here. 

What You Will Own

1. Talent Hunting

● Source candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Indeed, Instagram, referrals, WhatsApp communities and other channels.

● Build candidate pipelines for multiple departments simultaneously.

● Find college talent and new-age talent.

● Develop unconventional sourcing methods instead of depending only on job portals.

2. Multi-Industry / Multi-Role Hiring

You may hire for roles such as:

Digital & Marketing

● D2C Ad Marketing Professionals - TOP Priority

● D2C Sales Executives

● Social Media

● Content Creators

● Copywriters

● Graphic Designers

● Video Editors

● Creative Strategists

Real Estate

● Sales Managers

● Sales Executives

You need to know how to learn a role quickly and figure out what great talent looks like.

Compensation

First 2 Months — Probation

₹25,000/month fixed

Plus performance incentives for successful hires.

After Successful Probation

₹30,000/month fixed

Plus performance-based hiring incentives.

Indicative incentive structure:

● Junior / volume hire: ₹2,000

● Skilled role: ₹3,000

● Hard-to-find / specialist role: ₹5,000

Additional retention incentives may be provided when a successful hire completes the defined retention period.
