Job Description:

NiyoGo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an energetic and confident HR Telecaller to support our recruitment activities in Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for calling potential candidates using leads provided by the company, explaining job opportunities, screening interested candidates, and scheduling interviews at our office.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall potential candidates using leads provided by the company.
• Explain job opportunities and basic job requirements clearly.
• Understand candidate interest, availability, and suitability.
• Schedule interested candidates for interviews at the company office.
• Share interview date, time, and location details with candidates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to reduce interview no-shows.
• Maintain accurate daily call records and interview schedules.
• Coordinate with the HR team for smooth interview scheduling and recruitment activities.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and interview scheduling targets.
• Candidate RequirementsAny Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply.
• Basic knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in HR calling, recruitment, telecalling, or customer calling will be an added advantage.

Salary:

CTC: ₹1,44,000 to ₹2,40,000 per annum
