📞 Position: Telecaller💼 Job Responsibilities

• 📞 Make outbound calls to customers and communicate professionally.
• 🗣️ Explain products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
• 🔄 Follow up with customers and maintain proper call records.
• 🤝 Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• 🎯 Achieve daily and monthly calling/collection targets.
• 📝 Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information.
• 👥 Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding daily activities and performance.
• ✅ Who Can Apply?Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with Telecalling, BPO, Customer Support, or Collection experience can also apply.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and achieve targets.

👨‍💼 Position: Team Leader💼 Job Responsibilities

• 👥 Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of Telecallers.
• 📋 Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
• 🎯 Ensure the team achieves daily and monthly targets.
• 📊 Monitor call quality, productivity, attendance, and follow-ups.
• 🎓 Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
• 🤝 Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues.
• 📈 Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.
• 🏢 Coordinate with management and ensure adherence to company processes.
• 📌 DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory for Team Leader positions.
• ✅ EligibilityPrior experience in Telecalling, Collections, BPO, or Customer Support is preferred.
• Previous team-handling experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of managing a team.
• DRA Certification is mandatory for Team Leader applicants.
