Job Description
*Job Requirements*
Education: Graduation in any discipline or Intermediate (12thpass).
* Gender: Female candidates only.
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
* Work Mode: Work from the office.
* Working Days: 6 days a week, with Sunday as a fixed weekly off.
* Accommodation Policy: Candidates who are not local residents and are staying in a PG (paying guest accommodation) are not eligible.
*Required Skills:*
Fluent communication skills in Hindi.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Ability to convince and assist clients.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand and resolve client queries.
*Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive*
* Provide proactive customer support in a professional and courteous manner to assigned clients.
* Offer first-level support to clients and address their queries.
* Understand client concerns, escalate complex issues when necessary, and follow up until they are resolved.
* Coordinate with other departments to resolve client queries efficiently.
* Stay updated on internal processes, procedures, regulations, and products to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
*Qualifications and Skill*
* Proactive, with good problem-solving and leadership skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Ability to handle client queries patiently and professionally.
