Job Description
- Skills & Qualifications12th pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of solar, inverter, battery, or UPS products is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and positive attitude.
- Ability to explain technical products in simple language.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Telugu would be an advantage for Hyderabad/Telangana-based sales.
