Job Description

We are looking for a target-driven and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our outbound team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, pitching our services/products, and generating qualified leads.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu is mandatory (proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus).

Equipment: Must have a personal Laptop (with a functional USB headset and high-speed internet connection).

Role Focus: Experience or comfort with Cold Calling and handling client objections over the phone.

Work Hours: Flexibility for additional hours with Overtime Pay provided.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily outbound cold calls to prospective clients from provided databases.

Deliver clear sales pitches and explain offerings effectively in Telugu.

Identify potential customer leads, follow up, and log daily outcomes accurately.

Achieve daily/weekly calling volume and lead-generation targets.
