Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during customer interactions.
