Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple client projects based on individual client requirements.

• Understand each client’s calling script, LQC (Lead Qualification Criteria), and project requirements.

• Attend client mock calls and get approval before the campaign goes live.

• Receive leads through the CRM and make timely calls to prospects.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads over the call based on the client’s LQC.

• Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain accurate CRM updates.

• Ensure qualified leads meet the required criteria before delivering them to the client.

• Achieve daily calling, qualification, and performance targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good listening and questioning ability.

• Experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to different scripts.

• Basic CRM and computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
