Job Description
As a Telesales Associate on the Kannada Desk, the candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers across Karnataka to present BBETTER’s wellness products and health supplements in fluent Kannada, while actively driving lead conversion and recovery by following up on abandoned carts, confirming orders, and turning warm leads into completed purchases. Additionally, the role involves conducting tailored customer consultations to understand individual health and wellness needs, resolve product queries, and recommend relevant product bundles or upsells, all while accurately tracking daily outbound call metrics, customer lead statuses, and conversion performance in MS Excel or CRM dashboards.
