Role Overview

PS Collaborations is looking for a confident and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, promote services, generate leads, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

* Explain services and offerings clearly to customers.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.

* Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

* Follow up with interested prospects and maintain customer relationships.

* Handle customer queries professionally.

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the internal team for further customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements

* Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented approach.

* Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

* Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
