Job Description
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in Solar EPC
Strong understanding of the C&I solar market
Proven ability in lead generation, revenue generation and deal closure
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
Target-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented approach
Ability to handle teams and develop business strategies
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Generate and convert C&I business opportunities
✔️ Build and manage sales pipelines
✔️ Develop strong relationships with clients and partners
✔️ Prepare proposals, negotiate and close contracts
✔️ Drive revenue growth across the assigned territory
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams for successful project execution
